After all the students are there to learn to write. I see that the criteria includes the usual documentation, coherent presentation of their thesis and documentation of their resources. That's probably about 75%, or more, of the work. The rest is just the format it is being presented in so why not just write it? Our society is becoming more and more technology centric every day so I applaude your for considering ways to weave technology into your course work.
